Prague · Working globally

I look for the experience no one has tried yet, and the relationships that make it real.

Experiential producer, ecosystem connector and strategic operator. Twenty years building experiences that give people a reason to stay, for founders, brands, institutions and ecosystems.

I take the creative call, own the production, and when a project needs a bigger machine I bring one.

The mindset

Curiosity first, then the room, then the people who make it happen.

I started by making things happen in empty rooms, then spent the next two decades learning what makes people want to stay in them. Along the way came clubs, festivals, brands, cultural projects, conferences and a lot of places where there wasn't an obvious playbook.

01

I look for the format that hasn't been tried

Most briefs arrive with an implied answer already attached: another conference, another activation, another stage with three chairs on it. I start further back.

02

Engagement is the measure, not attendance

A full room is an easy number to report and a weak signal. I care what people did once they were there: whether they stayed for the second half, whether they talked to someone they didn't know, whether they came back the next day, whether they could explain what it was to a friend afterwards.

03

The relationships are the actual work, and I enjoy them

Every project is a temporary organisation: an internal team with its own politics, vendors with their own constraints, stakeholders with something to protect, and talent with its own expectations. Holding that together is not administration to get through; it's the part I like most.

How I work, in full

When to bring me in

When the brief is still a question.

When the format matters as much as the production.

When there are multiple stakeholders, unfamiliar markets, or a room full of people who need a reason to care.

I work across strategy, creative development and production, either directly or through the teams and companies I have built with.

What I get brought in for

Bring me in when the thing is important, complicated, or shouldn't look like everything else.

Strategy & format development

Working out what the thing is for, who it is for, and what shape it should take. Often before there is a brief.

Executive production & event direction

Owning the build, the budget and the run of show. On site, making decisions calmly while the room is full.

International & conference delivery

Buenos Aires · London · Paris · Prague · Istanbul · Dubai · Mumbai · Bangkok · Singapore Different markets teach you quickly that there is no universal way of making things happen. I build trusted local teams, learn how each place works, and design with the culture rather than around it.

Partners, stakeholders & teams

Speaker and partner curation, sponsor and stakeholder care, and assembling the crew. For bigger scopes, delivery scales through the wider team.

Evidence

Where this has been tested.

The Element

Founder & Managing Director · 2014 – 2022

Built a boutique experiential agency from scratch, known for narrative-driven brand worlds rather than replicated formats.

Captain Morgan, Port Royal

Concept & production, via The Element · 2019

A pirate ship as a mobile bar and stage on a Tatra 815 8x8 chassis. 21 tonnes, 17.6 metres long, 13.7 metres tall, road legal without exemptions and a working venue once it stopped.

ETHPrague

Co-Founder · 2021 – present

One of Europe's most respected Ethereum gatherings, built annually from the city up rather than franchised from a template.

Full record, across categories

If you have something that shouldn't look like everything else, I'd like to hear about it.

An event, a gathering, a conference, a new format, a brand experience. Bring me in when the thing is important, complicated, or shouldn't look like everything else.
